Rick Speckmann’s experience spans nine different
industries including: banking, publishing, design/build
construction, custom art framing and distribution, silkscreen
printing, and executive search during which time he interviewing
an estimated 20,000 business professionals. Over the previous
twenty years as an owner/partner of five companies his
businesses consistently experienced double digit growth.
Rick is frequently quoted by the media for his knowledge
of building high performance work cultures. He has provided
over 300 speeches on the subject of people leadership,
employee performance and retention. Rick has participated
on numerous boards of non-profits, associations and currently
heads up the compensation committee for a publicly held
company. Following two years of research and development
he launched EmPerform the summer of 2004.
